By purchasing this product you agree to the following:

• All customized products are made to order and are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• If you choose to place an icon over the tote pocket, the pocket will be stitched through and will no longer function as a pocket.
• You will receive a digital mockup via email. Please review it carefully, as production will begin once your mockup is approved. Mockup approval delays may affect turnaround time. Production begins only after approval.
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and thread availability. Please double-check all spelling, initials, and dates. Creology is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

• Market pickup: Pre orders placed will be avaliable for pick up at the Sundays are for Detroit Market on SATURDAY August 29th, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM at the Creology booth. If for some reason you are unable to pick up during market hours, your order can be shipped instead. A shipping invoice will be sent before your order is mailed.
